I stayed with my dog and it was great. They gave us a bed, food bowl, and water bowl. The accommodation is very modern and was super clean. Nearby, there is a beach with a promenade, shops, and restaurants. - Eva, Spain

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any questions about Tusity Bed and Chic, we recommend checking the Frequently Asked Questions. If you can't find an answer to your question, feel free to contact our team via chat, email, or phone.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, you can request early check-in or late check-out (for a fee and subject to availability).

Is there parking in the building?

We don't have parking, but there is free street parking and paid private parking available nearby.

Is there a kitchen in the studio apartment?

There is no stove or cooking hob, but the accommodation does have a space with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishes, so it's possible to prepare something simple.

Do the studios have a terrace?

Only the duplex has a balcony. If you want accommodation with a terrace, we recommend you Tusity Bed and Chic hotel or Tusity Wow apartments. Both buildings have a large rooftop terrace with views.

Are pets allowed in the room?

We have designated rooms for guests traveling with dogs, so it's necessary to inform us at the time of booking. To provide the utmost comfort and safety for your dog, we also offer a bed, food bowl, and water bowl during the stay.

I will arrive in the city late at night or in the early morning, can I pick up the key at that time?

We offer self-check-in. Before your arrival, we will contact you to explain step by step how to do the check-in on your own at the digital kiosk located at the entrance of the building. If you prefer, you can do the online check-in and download the Justin Mobile app to use your phone to open the door of your studio apartment.
